The 711th Human Performance Wing, Human Effectiveness Directorate is offering this grant to solicit white papers for innovative science and technology projects in advanced bioscience research. The Biosciences and Performance Division is seeking unique research concepts specifically addressing its technical mission areas. Research is primarily sought in four key technical areas: Applied Biotechnology, Biobehavioral Performance, Biomechanics, and Counterproliferation. This grant is for the purpose of augmenting core research activities and facilities to provide radically new military capabilities. The ultimate goal is to significantly improve warfighter performance and combat effectiveness. The research will provide a broad range of revolutionary and evolutionary technologies, meeting critical needs for full dimensional protection, survivability, and performance enhancement for the warfighter.
