Activities may include the local host population, however, NGOs should concentrate on care/maintenance activities for refugees in the camps/settlements.Proposals should focus on the following sectors: health, water and sanitation, hygiene, nutrition, education (pre-primary), psychosocial support, and support programs for people with disabilities. Programs for Sudanese refugees should be designed to ensure that they do not undercut repatriation efforts. They should also anticipate program closure at the end of 12 months as refugees repatriate.
