This legislation established the Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area and directs the Secretary of the Interior to enter into a compact with the Mormon Pioneer National Heritage Area�s management entity, the Utah Heritage Highway 89 Alliance. The cooperative agreement is distinguished as the required compact. |
