The purpose of this Cooperative Agreement is to establish a SLTT Reporting and Threat Information Sharing pilot that will be used to advance nationwide cyber incident “2-1-1” SLTT capabilities and efforts to respond to cyber incidents by standardizing the reporting structure and mechanism. It would also identify a standardized list of resources that could be provided to victims. The objectives of SLTT Reporting and Threat Information Sharing Cooperative Agreement would: Utilizing the Nationwide “2-1-1” or similar infrastructure, develop a prototype cyber incident reporting network with a nexus to law enforcement.
