The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) invites qualified organizations to apply for the Decentralization Offering Better Results and Efficiency (DOBRE) grant aimed at strengthening local governance, deepening democracy, and promoting community development in Ukraine. The grant has two objectives: effective management of resources by local governments and increased citizen engagement in local governance.
