The National Park Service Preservation Work Experience Grant is designed to provide young adults with education and training opportunities by engaging them in the restoration and rehabilitation of cultural resources. This grant aims to address the deferred maintenance backlog of NPS properties and introduce participants to Historic Preservation work in a supervised setting. The projects completed with this grant will contribute to the upkeep of public lands for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
