The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to Ducks Unlimited, Inc. to Leverage ongoing stewardship obligations as well as encourage habitat restoration while engaging the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) staff in identifying and assessing potential habitat restoration projects that may benefit Black Rails
