Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligible applicants include academic institutions, non-profit organizations including faith-based organizations, and those eligible for funding under Parts A-D of Title XXVI of the Public Health Service (PHS) Act as amended by the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Extension Act of 2009 (Ryan White Program). Additionally, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Territories of the Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Republic of Palau, the Federated States of Micronesia, and the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and federally recognized Indian Tribal Government are also eligible to apply for these funds |

Under HRSA-14-057, the four grantees will be funded to enhance the health information technology (HIT) systems in their States or Eligible Metropolitan Areas (EMAs) or Transitional Grant Areas (TGAs). |
