Description: | This is a continuation of current projects to agreement L10AC20196 and L10AC20197 which will expire September 30, 2014. These two agreements will be combined into one. The activity to be funded is necessary to the satisfactory completion of, or is a continuation of an activity presently being funded. Bringing a new organization in would adversely affect our ability to provide quality protection, interpretive and educational programs as well as cost more government additional funding to train any new staff working on the existing projects. This partnership has allowed BLM to reduce operating costs by fostering volunteer programs, financial support, development, coordination and implementation of public educational materials and programs which help the BLM meet its goals and objectives for KRNCA. |
