The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), Federal Office of Rural Health Policy (FORHP) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2018 Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Program Evaluation Cooperative Agreement. The purpose of this program is to provide data and conduct analysis to inform improvement efforts in Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). CAHs will benefit by having resources related to financial and operational improvement, quality of care reporting and improvement, emergency medical service (EMS) integration and population health activities.
