The major goal of this research initiative is to expedite the translation of emerging findings that could advance the development of new or existing treatments for AH. A close collaboration between basic scientists and clinicians to further improve the understanding of the mechanisms underlying AH, and translate that knowledge into novel therapies is essential for this research activity.
