PAS New Delhi proposes to implement 6-7 speaker programs that provide opportunities for U.S. and Indian experts to interact with the targeted audiences.  Programming topics for speaker program should be aligned with the U.S. Mission India programming themes, which include, but are not necessarily limited to:

·         Promoting Study in the U.S. and the U.S. Higher Education Partnership in India

·         U.S.-India Trade/Investment/Entrepreneurship/Business Development

·         Women’s Empowerment

Based on strategic priority parameters provided by PAS New Delhi, the grantee will research and provide names and bios of U.S.-citizen speakers and experts, who are willing to travel to India, and then organize all necessary logistics including honorarium, travel expenses, lodging expenses, per diem and visas.

PAS New Delhi will approve the selection of speakers from a list of candidates provided by the grantee, confirm the program cities and draft program schedules.
