Additional Information on Eligibility: | Applicants are limited to national organizations, defined as having active chapters or subawardees in at least 45 states. Please note: This eligibility language represents a change from the National Mentoring solicitation posted on March 28, 2014. For purposes of this solicitation, two or more independent organizations that form a collaborative to cover 45 states do not meet the definition of a national organization. For-profit organizations must agree to forgo any profit or management fee. Eligible applicants must initiate mentoring services to youth who are 17 years old or younger. OJJDP may elect to make awards for applications submitted under this solicitation in future fiscal years, dependent on the merit of the applications and on the availability of appropriations in future years. |
