Under East Africa Prosper APS, USAID missions in East Africa seek to partner with the private sector, business associations and other interested organizations to facilitate increased two-way trade and investment between the U.S. and Africa in support of the Prosper Africa initiative.

USAID Missions in East Africa will review Concept Papers as the first step in a multi-step process that may result in an award. 

While the East Africa Prosper APS serves as a general announcement of USAID’s desire to engage with non-traditional and traditional partners to advance the objectives of Prosper Africa, USAID will issue Windows throughout the year to solicit concept papers related to specific priorities, objectives, and programs.
