The Professional Fellows Program is a global exchange program designed to strengthen leadership capacity and professional skills for mid-level professionals. U.S. public and non-profit organizations meeting the provisions described in Internal Revenue code section 26 U.S.C. 501(c) (3) may submit proposals that focus on one of the following three themes: 1) Economic Empowerment, 2) Media, and 3) Legislative Process and Governance. |
