Description: This is NOT a request for application, this is just an announcement that the recipient has already recieved an award for their work on the Upper Housatonic Valley National Heritage Area. Specifically, UHVNHA agrees to:

1. Implement the Management Plan in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and the Legislation as described in Attached Work Plan and Budget.

2. Conduct public meetings at least semiannually regarding the implementation of the Management Plan.

3. Include units of local government, regional planning organizations, and nonprofit organizations in developing a management plan.

4. Comply with all applicable State and Federal laws, including, but not limited to, National Environmental Policy Act and the National Historic Preservation Act.
