The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services (CMHS) is accepting applications for fiscal year (FY) 2019 National Center of Excellence for Integrated Health Solutions. The purpose of this program is to advance the implementation of high quality, evidence-based treatment for individuals with co-occurring physical and mental health conditions, including substance use disorders. Data demonstrate that individuals with mental health conditions are far more likely to also experience physical health conditions. The co-occurrence of these conditions necessitates the delivery of holistic, integrated care. The goal of this grant is to ensure that these services are provided in the most effective manner possible. |
