Description: | USAID Guatemala is interested in receiving feedback on the draft Program Description from interested organizations. In addition to your feedback, we ask that you answer the following questions in a response that is not to exceed three pages, single -spaced with an 11 point (Times New Roman or Arial) font size:
1. How likely is your organization to submit an application in response to the proposed opportunity as a Prime Applicant? 2. Under the proposed project, is it feasible to support the Government of Guatemala in developing and establishing regulations for community consultations under ILO Convention 169? If so, what would be the suggested modality (e.g., direct technical assistance; sub-grants to local organizations, international non-governmental organizations, international organizations, etc.)? 3. USAID is considering a cost share requirement of at least 15%. Please provide any feedback on this considering the draft program description. Please submit responses no later than 9:00 a.m. Central Standard Time on January 11, 2017 to Guatemalaproposals@usaid.gov. |
