Additional Information

Agency Name: Geological Survey
Description:

The assistance award supports the formulation of a focused modeling framework and/or synthesis of barrier island responses to sea level rise and other drivers, such as sediment supply.  The objective of this project is to integrate observations of barrier island geomorphology and sediment supply/flux into a morphodynamic modeling framework through appropriate parameterization of observations and alteration and/or expansion of a morphodynamic barrier response model.
