A. The Recipient is a member of the (NAME of CESU/Youth Master Agreement Recipient) who was awarded a Master Cooperative Agreement (Master Agreement Number) allowing (Name of Recipient) to participate in specific tasks, and can provide the necessary activities involved in this particular task while providing an effective outcome for NPS and the objectives of this research/educational project. NPS is substantially involved with this agreement and agrees to: 1. Provide boat transportation from Roy’s Point Maintenance Facility to island locations while crew is on duty, as required and agreed upon between MCC and NPS. 2. Provide a camping site for use by the MCC during project duration. 3. Provide radio communication via a two-way radio for MCC crew leader. 4. Provide all supplies and materials as needed to complete the projects assigned. 5. Assign NPS employees, who are fully qualified and experienced, to provide technical advice for crews and crew leaders providing work under this Contract. 6. Provide available tools and specialized equipment as required. 7. Provide a safe working environment and educational opportunities for MCC crew members. 8. Reimburse the MCC for all agreed upon costs |
