Description:: The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) intends to issue a grant agreement to the California Department of Fish and Game, under the authority of catalog for domestic assistance (CFDA) 15.527, San Luis Unit, Central Valley Project. Estimated amount: $425,860.00. Reclamation proposes to fund the continuation of the Grassland Bypass Project � Collect Samples of Fish. The purpose of funding for this project is to monitor the effects of the Grassland Bypass Project on biota in Mud Slough (north) and the San Joaquin River. (Refer to the Notice of Intent to Award Announcement No. R11AS20015 for additional information)
A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed financial assistance based upon Departmental Manual 505 DM 2, paragraph 2.14(B)(2) is solely within the discretion of the Government.
