The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy’s (EERE) Bioenergy Technologies Office (BETO) is seeking input on optimizing small engines to use ethanol blends above E10. Stakeholders are invited to address barriers hindering biofuel adoption in small engines like those in tractors, chainsaws, motorcycles, and more. This Request for Information (RFI) does not accept applications but aims to gather insights electronically by August 30, 2015. Contact BETOSmallEnginesRFI@ee.doe.gov for submission details. Visit the EERE Exchange website for the full RFI details.
