The Office of Victims of Crime (OVC) is offering the FY 2014 VOCA Victim Assistance Formula grant to support eligible crime victim assistance programs in states and territories. Applicants must apply through the Office of Justice Programs Grants Management System (GMS). States and territories can use the funds to provide direct services to crime victims, with the exception of retaining up to 5% for administrative and training purposes.
