Description: The Center for Independent Living (CIL) T&TA will serve as the hub of operational and programmatic expertise for CILs. Key functions of the CIL T&TA hub will include:
•Providing training and technical assistance to ensure CIL operational excellence in financial and core programmatic responsibilities;
•Contribute innovative ideas to create efficiencies in CIL service delivery;
•Foster state and national partnerships to expand external stakeholder network;
•Evaluate effectiveness of T&TA hub activities to demonstrate grantee compliance competency, training delivery results in an increase of participant knowledge and skills, and grantee commitment to high-quality services and activities;
•Conduct bi-annual training symposium intended to serve as the leading national grantee symposium; and
•Develop and maintain an online and digital presence that responds to changing online and digital trends.
