| Synopsis 2 | NOTICE OF FUNDING OPPORTUNITY (NOFO) ANNOUCEMENT NOFO-13-RVK-01 AFRL Scholars Program Amendment 1 27 Sep 2012 I. The following changes are hereby made to the above Announcement: A. OVERVIEW INFORMATION: (Added) I “REQUIRED OVERVIEW CONTENT”, paragraph “G. QUESTIONS: Submission of questions will be accepted until COB 03 Oct 2012. When specific information about a proposed agreement that would be necessary for the preparation of proposals is disclosed to one or more potential offerors, that information will be made available to all offerors, posted to grants.gov, as soon as practicable, but no later 05 Oct 2012, in order to avoid creating an unfair competitive advantage. Information provided to a potential offeror in response to its request must not be disclosed if doing so would reveal the potential offerors’ confidential business strategy.” |
