The countries of South and Central Asia are: Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. This program reflects and supports the foreign policy goals of the United States. SCA seeks proposals from nonprofit organizations for the development and implementation of professional programs for SCA-sponsored participants to the United States. Once the award is made, the Bureau of South and Central Asian Affairs will coordinate the participating country(ies) and individual participants with the implementing partner. |
