The purpose of this Annual Program Statement (APS) Amendment no. 4 is to revise specific sections of the NFO relating to the process timeline and evaluations under each of the three phases of the process.

All other provisions of the APS remain the same.

The purpose of this Amendment 3 to the Annual Program Statement is to correct Section C.1, Eligible Applicants, to reflect the intent of the APS and to make it consistent with message on the cover sheet of the original Notice of Funding Opportunity (NFO) issued last May 11, 2018.

The change to this APS is in Section C.1, Eligible Applicants, first paragraph: delete the phrase "and public international organizations". Thus, the first paragraph will now read as follows:

"C.1 This funding opportunity is open to all eligible U.S. and non-U.S. non-governmental organizations (other than those from foreign policy restricted countries), including foundations, institutions of higher education, consortiums, etc. Individuals are not eligible to participate."

All other provisions of the APS remain the same.

The purpose of this Amendment 2 is to revise specific sections in the APS as well as the APS Addendum #1 impacted by responses to questions received on the APS document. The Amendment 2 also provides the detailed Responses to Questions (see Attachment 1 of the APS Amendment 2). Jul 10, 2018
The purpose of this modification is to establish a closing date and time for questions pertaining to the APS Addendum #1. Questions must be recceived no later than May 22, 2018 at 2:00pm (Manila time).

The purpose of this modification is to amend the Annual Program Statement (APS Amendment 1) to: (establish closing date and time for questions regarding the APS; (b) correct email address for questions and application submissions; (c) clarify evaluation factors in Section E.2; and (d) other clarificatory revisions in several sections of the APS.

This modification provides an APS Amendment 1 (tracked changes) document which highlights (in yellow text background color) changes made to the original APS and also an APS Amendment 1 (final version) document which removes all highlighted changes.
