This project involves the Performance of a geologic oil and gas assessment study of the Lewis Shale Formation. The Lewis Shale is a widespread shale formation and exists beneath the Jicarilla Apache Reservation, and may have potential for producing new oil and gas reserves through horizontal drilling technology.
