| Description: | The purpose of this notice is to provide potential applicants advance notice that The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP), a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled “Assisting Federal Facilities with Energy Conservation Technologies (AFFECT) 2016”. (DE-FOA-0001574). This notice is issued so that interested parties are aware of the EERE’s intention to issue this FOA in the near term.
