| Description: | The objective of this FOA is to invite white papers and, after receipt of an RFP, proposals that can assist the Air Force in supporting the DoD STEM education and outreach goals and strategies. The OSD STEM Office seeks to execute a program that effectively implements critical elements of DoD’s Science and Technology strategy. Education and outreach activities will support and help sustain the nation’s future STEM capabilities and readiness. Such education and outreach could potentially also aid the ongoing mission of the DoD through sustainable partnerships, student engagement opportunities (including authentic STEM experiences), and mentorship. The estimated program cost reflects an estimated value only. This estimate is not a promise of funding. Funding is uncertain and is subject to change. No award will be made under this announcement until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this announcement, either before or after the closing date.
