Description: BACKGROUND: The Bureau of Land Management seeks to support the North American Ornithological Conference (NAOC) which is held every four (4) years to improve coordination and communication between researchers, State, Federal, and non-governmental organization (NGO) entities that have an interest in, and are actively collaborating in, bird research and conservation on public and non-public lands. Conferences are essential to update and maintain information flow between partners so that common goals in conservation may be accomplished and understood.
