This Program Announcement describes a cooperative agreement that may be awarded to the University of Texas, Institute for Geophysics via the Gulf Coast Cooperative Ecosystem Studies Units (CESU). This is not an open solicitation for proposals. Award is premised on receipt of an acceptable proposal. |
