HUD has published a technical correction to the FY2017 Research and Evaluation, Demonstrations and Data Analysis and Utilization Program NOFA (FR-6100-N-29). There are two changes.
1) On page 34, in Project 1, Rating Factor 3, HUD has lowered the minimum points needed for consideration from 45 to 40.
2) On page 36, in Project 2, Rating Factor 1, HUD has added a minimum points needed for consideration to Ten (10) points.

There are no other changes.
