The purpose of BAA Amendment 0007 is as follows:

1. To incorporate a new section “NVESD Innovative Technologies.” Part II “Award Information” includes the Technical Area of Interest for Innovative Technologies. Proposals will be submitted two (2) times per year with the proposal submittal periods closing on 30 March and 15 August.

2. To provide new information on the Science and Technology Division’s Technical Areas of Interest. Part II “Award Information” is amended to incorporate paragraph A.11 “High Luminance Microdisplays” into the Technical Area of Interest for the Science and Technology Division.

3. To amend the proposal submittal periods for the Science and Technology Division, as detailed below:

• During FY16, Science and Technology will only accept proposals for two (2) of the Technical Areas of Interest: A.1 Countermine Algorithm Development and A.11 High Luminance Microdisplays. Proposals submitted for these technical areas are due no later 3:00 p.m. local Ft. Belvoir, VA time on 14 December 2015.

• Science and Technology will not evaluate proposals for the remaining Technical Areas of Interest during FY16.

• During FY17 – FY19: Science and Technology will accept proposals for all Technical Areas of Interest, with

The purpose of BAA Amendment 0006 is as follows:

1. To incorporate a new section for Air Systems technologies. Part II “Award Information” includes the Technical Areas of Interest for the Air Systems section. Proposals will be evaluated one (1) time per year with the proposal submittal period closing on 6 November.

2. To provide new information on the Science and Technology Division’s proposal submittal periods. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2017, proposals will be evaluated two (2) times per year with the proposal submittal periods closing on 05 November and 12 August.

3. To incorporate a revised numbering convention for the Technical Areas of Interest for all four (4) sections included in the NVESD BAA.

This is a Broad Agency Announcement for Night Vision Technologies, sponsored
by the U.S. Army Contracting Command-Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG),
Belvoir Division in conjunction with Night Vision Electronic Sensors
Directorate (NVESD), Fort Belvoir, VA and is valid through Fiscal Year 2019,
unless sooner terminated.

Amendment 0005 revises Part II Award Information to revise the annual
proposal submittal periods for the Science and Technology Division and amend
the technology areas of interest for Ground Combat Systems Technologies and
to include revised point of contacts for the Science and Technology, Ground
Combat Systems, and Modeling and Simulation section of the BAA.

Science and Technology will not evaluate proposals for fiscal year 2016.
