For organizations, proof of online registrations in the DUNS, NCAGE, and SAM.gov systems. All organizations must update their online registrations every year. No fees are involved. 5. Key contact form and CVs. 6. The SF-LLL Disclosure of Lobbying Activities form. The SF-LLL form applies to U.S. organizations and citizens engage in lobby activities only.
