(VNLC) under the authority of Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance (CFDA) 15.564, Central Valley Project Conservation Program, Fish and Wildlife Coordination Act, as amended, 16 U.S.C., Section 661 et seq., of 1956. Estimated total amount of agreement is $273,464.00. Reclamation is providing $98,424.00 in Fiscal Year 2017. The purpose of this project is to add more time as needed for supplemental planting to try to stabilize the critically endangered Large-flower fiddleneck populations at the four most successful reintroduction sites due to extreme weather in the last five years.
