| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Any commercial, international, educational, or non-profit organization(s), including any faith-based, community-based, or public international organization(s) capable of successfully implementing a project to increase action by labor and agriculture stakeholders to address child labor in agricultural areas in Argentina are eligible to apply. Lack of past experience with USDOL cooperative agreements, grants, or contracts does not bar eligibility. All applicants for ILAB funding opportunities must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to applying for funding. New applicants should be aware that applying for a DUNS number and registering in SAM may take several weeks. Applicants should plan accordingly to avoid unexpected delays that could result in the rejection of the application.
