Effective management of this effort will require a unique blend of organizational, technical, leadership, cultural, and personal skills that are unparalleled. The lead organization will be responsible for quickly pulling together the necessary agreements and funding commitments to establish a vibrant advanced manufacturing innovation ecosystem that will support domestic competitiveness. This ecosystem must also develop sustainable programs and practices that continue to attract industry and other membership beyond the seven (7) year period of this agreement. |
