The Department of Western Hemisphere Affairs aims to empower a new generation of Cuban leaders, enhancing their skills to advocate for human rights and democracy. This grant initiative will support 25-40 young Cubans, aged 20-35, in developing leadership capacities to drive community-focused initiatives promoting diversity, public interests, and democratic practices within Cuba.
