Agency Name: National Park Service
Description: Notice of intent to award, applications will not be accepted for this agreement. This task agreement is being awarded under master cooperative agreement: P15AC00032. The 2015 Everglades National Park General Management Plan calls for the opening of Joe Bay and Snag Bay to public, non motorized access and catch and release fishing. Thus, there is a need to examine the baseline fish and recreational fishing conditions of the region, and how Joe Bay may change as a result of opening it to fishing, albeit catch and release.
