| Description: | This funding opportunity announcement (FOA) is a single eligibility opportunity for a faith-based organization (FBO) that directly supports delivery of HIV/AIDS services as well as pre-service training of nurses and other critical cadres of health workers in Malawi. The awardee will provide supervision and oversight at clinical sites managed by faith-based organizations to ensure quality of services and will promote quality improvement activities at those sites. The awardee will also specifically support scale-up of voluntary medical male circumcision (VMMC) services through training of VMMC providers, renovation of facilities, provision of equipment and novel reimbursement models.
