| Additional Information on Eligibility: | Eligibility is open to all Afghan and international non-profit, Non-Government Organizations with direct experience in: o procuring and operating Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and equipment; o managing budgets and human resources; o working in Afghanistan, especially with vendors, suppliers, contractors, etc.; o working with Afghan government institutions, particularly the Ministry of Higher Education and Afghan public universities, in ICT education projects; o working successfully in Kabul, Herat, and Mazar-e Sharif is preferable. Organizations must demonstrate current country registration license, competent programmatic ability and be able to meet reporting requirements. Organizations may sub-contract with other entities, but only one, non-profit, non-government entity can be the prime recipient of the award. For profit entitles are not eligible to be the prime recipient of an award under this RFGP. |
