Description: THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SINGLE SOURCE, AND THERE IS NO FULL ANNOUNCEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS NOTICE. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) intends to award a cooperative agreement to National Wildlife Refuge Association to facilitate a multifaceted collaboration to building vibrant partnerships in order to strengthening grassroots partnerships across Greater Everglades Ecosystem and conduct collaborative Landscape Conservation through the NWRAâ¿¿s Beyond the Boundaries program. This agreement will provide funding the NWRA to assist with the development of planning documents include the Florida Panther NWR Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP), Southwest Florida Landscape Conservation Design (LCD), and Loxahatchee NWRâ¿¿s Communication Strategy.
