Description: The Bureau of Democracy, Human Rights, and Labor (DRL) invites organizations interested in potential funding to submit proposals for for projects that will promote democracy, human rights, and religious freedom through a global program that includes one or more of the following countries/region: Angola, Laos, Vietnam, Morocco, Peru, and Central Asia. Other countries would be considered as appropriate. *For a definition of religious freedom see International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights Article 18.
