The OPRD will under the guidance of the Resource Management Plan [lease agreement No. 10-07-10-L1766 between Reclamation and OPRD] will incorporate how the Prineville Reservoir will be managed and maintained by OPRD, and the type of outdoor recreation facilities to be complete for ADA improvements for the public.

OPRD will continue to complete ADA compliant outdoor recreation facilities for public use at the Reservoir by constructing three ADA capital improvement projects:  (1) An ADA compliant cabin, (2)  A vehicle/boat trailer parking at Jasper Point Recreation Area, and (3) An approved trail will be constructed at the main Prineville Reservoir State Park Day Use Area.  The OPRD will use their staff and private contractors that are knowledgeable in ADA compliant improvements.
