Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: This funding announcement is not a request for applications or proposals. This announcement is to provide public notice of the National Park Service’s intent to award a non-competitive Cooperative Agreement in accordance with Department of Interior, 505 Departmental Manual 2.12C. The objective of this agreement is to support and stimulate work and/or education and training opportunities for youth and young adults through collaborative participation in the repair and rehabilitation of the Natchez Trace National Scenic Trail (NST) and the Jeff Busby campground on the Natchez Trace Parkway. Specifically, this project seeks to engage Public Land Corps youth crews in environmental stewardship by applying and developing their skills in vegetation management, vista management, and trail rehabilitation on National Park Service land.
