USAID Cambodia Integrated Early Childhood Development Activity RFI

The Office of Acquisition and Assistance (OAA) at USAID Cambodia has developed a DRAFT Program Framework for the USAID Cambodia Integrated Early Childhood Development Activity. The purpose of this RFI is to provide industry and stakeholders an opportunity to review, comment, suggest and enhance areas in the Program Framework. The DRAFT Program Framework is anticipated to result in a finalization of the Program Framework that may lead to a formal Notice of Funding Opportunity for potential applicants. A final Program Description is expected to result from a co-development process with the apparently successful applicant. The potential period of performance is five years with an award value in the range of $10-$24.99 million. The Draft Program Framework is provided in the following pages. This is not a Request for Applications and is not to be construed as a commitment by the U.S. Government.
