The Department of Housing and Urban Development is offering the Veterans Housing Rehabilitation and Modification Grant Program to address the adaptive housing needs of low-income veterans with disabilities. Nonprofit organizations nationwide, serving veterans and low-income individuals, can receive grants up to $1 million to modify or rehabilitate eligible veterans’ primary residences. Additionally, grants can be used for providing technical, administrative, and training support. HUD plans to award up to $9,445,988 in grants for FY 2021. Applications must be submitted by July 30, 2021, for consideration.
