This grant is for the purpose of establishing the Science and Mathematics Model Schools Program in Egypt. This initiative aims to introduce advanced STEM education by creating three to five specialized public secondary schools. These schools will prepare students and teachers with advanced skills, fostering collaboration with U.S. STEM institutions and expanding educational networks between Egypt and the U.S. As centers of excellence, they will raise public awareness of specialized STEM education and contribute to workforce development. This prepares gifted students for higher education and a proficient science-based workforce, supporting economic growth through research and development.
