However, applications may also be submitted via email to EECBG@NETL.DOE.GOV clearly including in the subject line “EECBG Application (Unique Identification Code).” Applications may be submitted at any time before the specified due date and time. Applicants are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as practicable. 2.As specified in the FOA, there are several one-time actions necessary to submit an application; obtaining a Dun and Bradstreet Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS), registering with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), and registering with FedConnect. The purpose of the EECBG Program is to assist eligible entities in creating and implementing strategies to: reduce fossil fuel emissions in a manner that is environmentally sustainable and, to the maximum extent practicable, maximizes benefits for local and regional communities; |
